DESCRIPTION

说明:上世纪四十年代初,《抗战画刊》停刊后,赵望云结束了“农村写生”的记者生涯,开始成为职业画家,1941年赵望云来到成都,结识了旅居成都的张大千、董寿平、关山月等书画家。与张大千的交往对其影响至深,他得以欣赏张大千收藏的大量古代书画名作,并临案观摩其作画方法和风格,深入领会传统技法,对传统开始重视并进行系统研究。同年又与关山月赴都江堰、青城山写生,此后数年间游走于河西走廊与祁连山脉,赵望云的创作重心也由人物画转向山水画,吸纳传统又紧贴生活,赋予传统新的灵魂,艺术逐步走向完善与成熟。
《放筏》作于1945年,画中高岭悬瀑,溅起浓郁的云雾,拉开了画面空间层次,近处江流水波平缓,艄公撑杆划动竹筏,妇女抱着孩童坐在船中,孩童咿呀挥臂,船头鸬鹚叼起小鱼,充满生活气息。所绘高山江流不似西北风貌,应为都江堰、青城山写生得稿,以花青、赭石为基调的山石可看到张大千的影响,他的山水又传递出大自然的生机与雄浑,为源自写生的山水真貌,点景人物是朴实的劳动群众,有着生活化的格调,呈现出既传统又革新的面貌。
