Article 1

Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd. will charge the Buyers' Premium according to the following standards in this auction:
(1) After a successful bidding, the buyers who pay Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd. within 15 days (including the date of sale) enjoy the right of 10 percent discount on Buyers' Premium.
(2) Buyers participating the sales of Stamps & Coins and the sale of The Archive of Arts Literatures with a total consumption reaching to RMB 10 million, and those participating the sales of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Chinese Oil Paintings & Sculptures and Chinese Ceramics & Works of Art with a total consumption reaching to RMB 20 million while paying up within 15 days (including the date of Sale) enjoy the right of 20 percent discount on Buyers' Premium. And buyers who settle up within 28 days enjoy the right of 10 percent discount on Buyers' Premium.
Buyers who are not qualified to the above conditions shall pay 15 percent of Hammer Prices as Buyers' Premium.
The count of days is subject to the date when the payment remitted to the account of Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd.

Article 2

(1) Bidders registerring for the sales of Stamps & Coins and the sale of The Archive of Arts Literatures of Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd. in this auction shall pay RMB 200,000 as the deposit. Bidders registerring for the sales of Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, Chinese Oil Paintings & Sculptures and Chinese Ceramics & Works of Art, shall pay RMB 500,000 as the deposit. Special paddle request a deposit of RMB 1 million. (Please note the relevant descriptions in the catalogues of Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy.)
(2) Bidders can only bid within 10 times of their paid deposit (including 10 times, hereafter refers to as "Bid Limit"). If the Bid Limit is reached, please resupply the deposit; The auctioneer has the right to refuse the bidder's bidding price if the total amount of the bidder's purchase in this auction exceed the above purchase range.
(3) Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd. has the right to determine whether the bidder needs to pay deposit, the amount of the deposit should be paid and the Bid Limit, and the auctioneer has the right to determine to accept the bidder's bidding price or not.

Article 3

Please read the Conditions of Business of Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd. carefully and pay attention to the relevant rules of bidders' and buyers' rights and obligations. Bidders taking part in the auctions held by Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd., shall be deemed to have entirely accepted and agreed the provisions of Conditions of Business of Beijing ChengXuan Auctions Co., Ltd., and bear all kinds of legal consequences caused by the auction activities.
